Each painting is a different journey through unknown, inner places.
Places where thoughts, emotions and personal experiences converge within the void of the subconscious and are projected onto the surface of the canvas. It’s a kind of spiritual exercise where there is a constant battle between what should be sacrificed, and what should survive. Colour is used as an attempt to balance and reduce the frazzle effect that occurs within this process.
